About

About
Lewis' photography is an ongoing investigation of natural forms and the human figure. His images are tightly cropped to create both an abstract quality and a tight geometric structure. "I love seeing something new in the seemingly mundane. The forms, landscapes, angles, and folds found in many everyday objects hold great mystery for me."

His photographs are for sale as limited edition C prints, 20 x 24 inches, in editions of 10. The maximum size of any print is 40 x 60 inches. The final price depends on both the size of the print and shipping cost. Portfolios are also available in limited edition hardbound books, as an edition of 250 copies each.

Critical essay by Bryan Barcena
from the photo book: “SOUZOU: Unfolding Visions”

"Elevating the commonplace, making sacred the dull and finding the sublime in the trivial. The genre of abstract photography possesses an uncanny ability to surprise and delight its audience. By going micro, Wilkinson quiets our mind, and shares visual metaphors to remind us of the larger mysterious natural world we inhabit. Souzou is an open-ended question that beckons the viewer to contemplate its possibilities. Wilkinson offers the audience a rich and profound world of quiet beauty and delicate stories."
